We have a highly particular QA testing process in place to keep everything running smoothly.
Analyze the changes
To begin, we collaborate with you to determine what we need to test. This covers any new designs or improvements to functionality. After that, we make a list of all the situations, browsers, and devices that need to be reviewed and tested.
Estimation
We'll provide you an estimate of how long the testing will take based on what needs to be done, so you can stay on top of things.
QA
The updates that are live on the required devices and browsers are subsequently reviewed by our QA engineers. To make sure we don't miss anything, we can use tools like Browser Stack or Cross-Browser Testing.
Reports of bugs
Our team will report each bug in detail, including screenshots or videos of the issues for reference. They'll also confirm which device and/or browsers are causing the problems, as well as any other findings. These are items that may or may not represent potential bugs, but which we believe are necessary to mention for your benefit.
Examine the bug fixes
The team will restart its tests once the bugs have been reported as fixed to check that the bugs are indeed corrected and that no new bugs have been introduced. This is the point at which we inform you that the application is ready for your clients to use.
Session recordings
Our QA engineers will record their screens for extra peace of mind, so you'll have a record of the product being tested across different browsers and devices.
